Will wait for a black one . Dont like greys .

Thanks for your quick reply

Curious, most of the deals (IAC and others) have 1% TX sales tax, but a few have zero. Is there a method to the madness? A dealer once told me that BMWFS ‘charged’ the dealers for use of the credits, but I thought he was just holding back on me.

There is a tax credit use fee with most luxury brands.

Otherwise known as L&M.

@IAC i have filled out the form. Can you please look into ut when you get a chance.

@IAC Hello , Am seeing lot of local Austin dealers giving 7500 + 7500 additional lease benefit .

Are there any good deals on a BMW IX that fully loaded with packages ( non sport )

Would an IX be a better deal than a X5

We’re beating that $ in discount on iX.

Would you like to order one?

Yes please , Black with mocha leather interiors is preferable .

This is what i am trying to beat .

MSRP : 97495

Dealer Discount on MSRP : 5%

New MSRP : 92620

Lease Special. : 7500 + 7500 = 15000

Corporate employee discount : 1000

Final Selling Price after all Lease rebates/Discounts : 76620

Mileage : 10k / 36 months

MF : 0.00215

ACQUISITION Fee + Dealer fee : 925 +341$

Downpayment : 5000$

Lease payment per month : 875$/10k

Edit: didn’t notice the down payment.

What is the corporate employee discount? I thought the IX was excluded from fleet.

No fleet just $7,500 ev pass through

I know the MSRP is a bit higher than the one IAC posted, but without a calculator link it’s not super-helpful. You have a $5000 down payment, and where’s the second $7500 coming from? I don’t believe there’s a second rebate, I bet they’re showing the tax credit as.a discount or something.

Just use a trusted broker like IAC, much fewer headaches, less time wasted.

lease special: 7500+7500?

Here is what the special is till may 31st

Yes, this is very easy to beat, or at least, this is something that we can easily beat, also, that pesky “up to” language.
