Probably because it already has a $7,500 lease credit so quite simply they just don’t need to incentivize it anymore.
They are selling out everywhere, I’ve sold out my dealer of them to the point that we’re dealer trading to get more. There is clearly no market need for more cash on them. The 40, on the other hand, needed something given that they were sitting with the 35 leasing so well.

I really hope so, some cars have lease cash now but not much.
The 5 series has 3k between lease and loyalty, I think a lot of '23 5er inventory will sit, maybe we’ll see more on that.
Conquest is what we still haven’t seen come back since pre-covid.

IAC June 2023 BMW Program Updates
So, I didn’t want to jump the gun and post updates right away. That being said, I feel confident the program is settled and accurate so here is a through review of all the changes worth highlighting.
Notable Money Factor Changes:
2023/2024 iX xDrive50: .00175 goes down to .00125
2024 Non-Loyalty Models: .00195 goes up to .00210
2022/2023 Non-Loyalty Models: .00175 goes up to .00190
2023 Loyalty Models: .00145 goes up to .00170
2024 Loyalty Models: .00165 goes up to .00190
Basically, unless you were shopping for an iX50, prices went up.
Take note: If you are looking for an SUV and don’t have loyalty, the iX is looking like a good choice this month!
Notable Lease Cash/Loyalty Cash Changes:
Not much here, all the same as May, but the 2024 8 Series and M8 have both gained $2,000 in loyalty cash!

Wow $895 base for an iX is crazy good! I remember when I first started leasing many years ago and everyone said follow the 1% rule. And now this is there!
Yes! BMW is really pushing the iX this month, that money factor is basically like getting a $2,500 incentive over the MF for the other BMW i models this months.

Is MF the same for iX M60 or just the 50 trim? Or does M60 get that horrid high MF all the ‘regular’ models get ?
M60 gets the regular rate but no MY24 differential.

Is the June IX MF 0.00125 or 0.00165? In the calculator you put in 0.00165
