Good morning Hackers!
Recently, I had a client text me and mentioned that I didn’t seem as active on Leasehackr.
The truth is that we are thankfully extremely busy helping you all every day.
When it comes time to pick your broker, we are one of just a few of an excellent group of brokers on Leasehackr that actually do this work full time. Right now, we’re offering excellent deals all over the country!

Yea I wondered the same thing. Glad to see some posts from you!
How much are you getting off the m340 xdrive?
6-8.5% depends on where you’re located.
Where do I need to be for 8.5%?
Just wanted to give a big shoutout to Scott for making my 2025 X5 lease such a smooth experience. He didn’t deliver 100%, but a full 105%! Super quick to respond, whether it was by text or email. I’ll definitely be going back to him in December/January for my next car. If you’re looking for someone who truly cares and delivers, I can’t recommend Scott enough! Mike from PA
Agree 100% (ok 105%!) with Mike…I’m also from PA and have done 2 recent deals with Scott (my 840 i xDrive and recently I got my wife an i4 M50)…will be happy to work with him again and refer to friends/family!
Hackers,
I want to address something that has come up in conversations already in the last day, and address the stop sale.
- Yes, the fed cut rates yesterday. No, that doesn’t mean leases magically got cheaper overnight.
BMW has already had rates well below prime for quite sometime, they are subventing rates already, most volume gas models, and all EV’s were already significantly below the usual going rates for new cars from banks.
Maybe, maybe, maybe that means next month we may see a small improvement on car’s that don’t get special rates, like the X5 Hybrid, M2, M3, etc, but if you are purchasing an EV or a “volume” gas model like the X3 30i/X5 40i/330i/etc do not expect anything to change because rates changed.
- Regarding the stop sale on X5/X6/X7/5/7 Series: It is true that a software update is supposed to be released today. That software update is only one part of the fix.
There are still physical components that need to be replaced, and every dealers initial parts supply they receive is likely to only cover about 15-20% of their stop-sale cars on the ground. Each week they will get more parts, but just because parts are arriving now, it doesn’t mean your car would be fixed first.
Also, if you are just committing to buy a car now, don’t expect that a dealer is going to jump the line and fix your new purchase first, some people have been waiting over a month for their car to be fixed.
Additionally, the initial supply of parts is ONLY FOR X5/X6/X7. If you have a 5 or 7 series on stop-sale, the initial part supply is not for those models, gas or electric.
If someone is telling you that if you commit to a car today that it will be ready for sale next week, they are probably lying or misinformed.
Honesty has cost me several sales as we navigate this stop-sale, but I’d rather be honest with our customers and the community than play the “it should be fixed this week” game.
