Huh, reminded when I struck absolute gold (totally by accident on the first call!) finding a “fluke” Audi A4 for a client - working as an accountant/business manager - the car was somehow built with prior MY specs and the local dealer just happened to acquire 3 of those. Two yellow ones - hard pass, one silver on black which was exactly what the client wanted. If I recall correctly, he wanted a loaded car WITHOUT leather and WITHOUT sport package. The year, I think, was 2003 and 2002 (?) was supposed to be to the last MY packaged that way. Told him to get vanity plates saying 1ofaknd to commemorate the find.
Now, you’d think I’d get something above and beyond a quick thank you, especially from someone who was a co-creator of Two and a Half Men and just got a huge network contract for that show… 
No, trust me, I definitely wouldn’t think that given my current line of work.

Understood! I was thinking that simply because it wasn’t even anywhere near my job description. I simply volunteered and hit the bullseye. NVM age and financial differences: I was a recent grad making less annually than he was per weekly show.
