Not one in particular, but it’s what I do for a living. Did you need one made for something?
Thanks Ursus. I PM’d vdub84
Interesting thread! Wife’s rogue SL lease is at 2% and my Crosstrek finance payment is at 3%, with 2 years left.
It would also be interesting to see a rough housing percentage figured in (prop taxes included, since those vary widely). Our housing and prop taxes is 9.2%.

Trailer Parks have been gentrified now. They’re called tiny homes lol.
I base everything off of take home pay…
Jim2527’s rule of cars: All household reoccurring car expenses should not exceed 1 weeks take home pay.
My X3 is 4.4% of my yearly gross and 34% of 1 weeks take home
All in, payment, gas, insurance, its 6% of yearly gross and 46% of 1 weeks take home
Wife and I are at 3.1% including CA tax on the lease payments and insurance on a RX350 and Fiat 500e.
2 cars … each at 1.2% for a total of 2.4%
1.75% on one car payment, Wife’s 4runner is paid off.
I realistically don’t see myself spending more then 1-2%. Right now I’m less than 1%. Once in the past I spent maybe 4%. When we buy cars, we just pay cash.
Sounds like Florida
