If you get a certain 911, finance it with $$$ down (to reduce rate), and sell after 3 years a 599 monthly effective Is not impossible.

Are you able to extend the lease through PFS on the 12mo term?
Not guaranteed, most can get 2 months without issue, possibly up to 6 if you custom order another Porsche.
I believe up to 6 mos (month to month or consecutive 6 mos). I got a 12 month deal from this broker that is coming due in April so will be interesting to see other options. That’s how it worked for my previous Audi, and they even waived my previous dispo fee since I got into another car within the VW group.
Porsche definitely doesn’t want the hoi polloi to be their customers. I don’t blame them.

I’m the same spot and from talking to dealers/brokers this quarter’s programs aren’t that great. Maybe in April they’ll change but looks like Mercedes is leasing well now
