What happens to the one pay lease if the car gets totaled or stolen after one month? Will we get any money back for the remaining 23 months?
Yes. I am curious about this as well. There must be some kind of gap insurance for this situation.

Depending on the value of the car at the time you will get paid out, however if the car does not appraise higher than the amount left then gap will cover the remainder and unfortunately you will lose your money you put upfront.

My guess is the second one pay lease (higher amount) should be 24 months / 12k/yr. Conquest means you must currently own/lease one of these brands (2014 or newer):
