Hyundai doesn’t offer 24/10. Only 24/12.
Also, from what I recall one-pay leases from 2024 didn’t give much advantage so people stopped doing one-pay.

Hi there, new to leasing so apologies for my ignorance. I’m a little confused on the tax calculations.

Ex: SE Standard Range Row with 2.5k Drive Off, $323 + 9.5% tax should be around $354/month, right?

You have to pay tax on the $7500 rebate as well as other fee’s (acq fee, doc fee etc are all taxed in california). The proper way to advertise this lease (IMO) would be to have the drive off include the cap reduction tax (and other taxes except the monthly tax) instead of saying “+tax” as that implies what you thought of “$2500 drive off is $323 + tax = $354/month” as that is how most ads work here. The problem with this is that the tax rate varies greatly in california (from 7.25 to 10.75% IIRC) and will really change the payment (especially on 24 mo)
