Do you prefer to go right to a sales manager? if not, then who?
Enter info in their contact form? or send an email directly (how do you find their email addresses?
I understand the back and forth process, just trying to get an idea of the smartest way to start the whole thing.

Pick up the phone and call the dealership, make an educated offer to the sales manager if they will let you, or if not then whatever sales rep you get.
