How to sell your lease to Carvana, vroom, etc

Hey all! I’ve been following this site for a long time and you’ve all helped so much. I know this question has been discussed, but cant find any clear instructions on how ppl are getting Carvana to buyout their lease. If I’ve missed it please just link me and I’ll be on my way.

My top two questions:

1. How do I avoid paying tax, tag and dealer fees (or are some of those required).
2. Do I need to have Vroom speak directly with Honda financial to complete the buyout? (Any step by step would be amazing)

Here’s the offers on my 2017 Honda Civic Hatch EX-L:
Honda financial buyout: $16,222
Honda price including tax, tag, dealer fees: $18,300
Vroom offer: $18,500
Carvana offer: $17,300

Sold one to CARVANA!

Sold the 2016 WRX Limited 6MT with 27k to Carvana last night. Payoff was 23,941.16 Offers from: Carmax 20k Vroom 22k Trade In Solutions (Local Buyer) 22,500 Carvana 24k!!! Please search the forum as there is an existing thread about selling to Carvana. You will find many data points on people selling the cars to one of them. Some data points are for Honda in particular that you are interested in.
