How to check whether a vehicle is eligible for GMC loaner rebate?

GMC dealer website says the vehicle is a loaner but seems like sales rep hasn’t heard of the additional rebate on loaner cars.

How do I know for sure the vehicle is eligible/ineligible for the additional CTA vehicle rebate? I don’t want to leave money on the table if it’s a factory rebate coming from GM not the dealership. TIA.

Make your offer with the rebate baked in. When the sales person takes this to their GSM/GM, they’ll either do the deal or NOT. Sure, it doesn’t hurt to mention that after stating the price you would sign the vehicle for, something to the tune of… “in order to help get there, I qualify for XYZ rebates, in addition to the $X retired CTA rebate.”

Many in front line sales aren’t aware of the full gamut of available rebates, especially something like retired CTA.

I ran into this problem last month. One GMC dealership I contacted swore up and down that they could not find that rebate and that it did not exist. Just move on to the next dealer.

I had a similar experience with a Chevy dealer a couple months ago.
