Found a 2018 Pacifica with 1000 miles on it. How much below invoice should i shoot for? Van is being sold as new with warranty beginning now.

As much as you can. New they are at 9 or 10 percent at dealer discount minus all rebates. I would say 15% easy minus incentives.
