How much did you pay to have your car ceramic coated?

Where did I say it wasn’t?

:bat:

You don’t understand why a person would like the car they drive to look fresh? Lol

That’s like saying I dont understand why people max out their credit cards… Different people have different mindsets, likes, and interests. I’ve spent a couple hundred bucks on a lot dumber stuff than a Paint correction and ceramic coating. I also have my windshield tinted because I like my car that way.

And all of these things are fine. Me saying I don’t get it doesn’t mean that’s the law everyone should follow.

Jeebus if the world was like me it would be an extremely dull place. Full of data but no art.

Please feel free to like things I don’t understand. Like Taylor Swift, for example.

You can keep your car looking fresh without spending $3000 on ceramic coating.

No, it doesn’t, but if I want a car to look tip top then I’d need to get a detailed since I suck at detailing cars.

And no I wouldn’t spend anywhere near 3 grand for ceramic coating.

I appreciate all the inputs put in this thread.

I’m all for doing a ceramic coating, I just don’t see the need for the crazy expensive ones on a leased car (or just about any for that matter).

There are lots of great diy/less expensive options that’ll do just fine.

He was talking about getting a detail every 6 months.
