I’m in Houston, Texas. After my initial research into leasing a new car, I saw the Lyriq was one of those cars you could find a ton of listings of, but never find a dealer with one in stock. Is this one of those cars I shouldn’t even try to get into?

People who preordered are still waiting for theirs. What you are probably seeing in your searches are customer orders that are in transit.

Even if you find one…I believe the lease (or buy markup) will make you literally cringe.

I’ve seen them selling for 10-20k over msrp and the ones available at msrp are gone in seconds.
And they are RWD
