This might sound like a silly question, but HOW does this site work? Is it just guidance offered to potential buyers or are there people with actual offers on here?

I’ve searched the site and read articles but am still unsure…

The site has information about leasing and guidance to those that want to hunt down a deal themselves along with sections where folks can post private lease transfers, brokers can post deals for those that don’t want to/don’t have time to do the legwork, and people can share their deals.

Of course! This site has a ton of great information if you want to hack the deal yourself, as well as a number of respected brokers in your area should you want to go that route.
