How do I find the information fo the MF & the residual for a vehicle?

Edmunds forums is also another great resource for MF/RV information.

I started by using edmunds car forums…search on goggle for car make, model and year (Ex: 2017 Dodge Challenger Hellcat Lease Residuals)

some sales people that I talked to claims that the MF/RV is regional and depend on the vehicle you are buying? Is this true?

I’m new to this so wondering.
Aren’t these numbers fixed for each model/year? Is there a reason there’s no ready table with these numbers? Rather than post in a forum and wait.
