Yes, 840! Sorry for the typo. I always have an issue with my bmw brakes and this is my 5th bmw. They added it to my payment for 12$ a month.
It’s much easier to evaluate the deal if you post the actual deal details. Sales price, incentives, mf, etc

Tax credits aren’t available all the time. They come up periodically. So when you can get them that’s the time to lease in Texas. It saves $90 to $100 a month on an X5 here. I’m in the Dallas area and when tax credits were available in March on the X5 I pounced on it. The tax credits sometimes are supply/demand commodities. They may only be offered on less popular models to try to move metal. Tax credits on popular cars don’t happen as often. This has been my experience in leasing cars in Texas since the early 2000’s
