I’m searching around the forum for CX-5 comparable deals but there’s so little mention of Mazda on the whole forum. Heck there’s only been one broker that I see that even has any posts pertaining to mazda in socal.
Am I missing something about mazda? The only reason I’m looking is cause it’s for the Mrs and it’s a little different than the rav4’s and the crv’s and still within my budget range.
Is there something about Mazda leases that’s terrible and I’m totally clueless about?
If you see that a specific type of car or make is not represented well on this forum it is because the lease programs are not stronger than some of their competitors.
Really is not more complicated. That’s not say the lease deals are terrible or it’s not possible to get a good deal… just metrics are not as strong as they are for BMW or Audi.
Yeah appreciate that. I understood that it wasn’t a crowd favorite but just wanted to confirm that there wasn’t some poison pill that I wasn’t aware of.
As far as a lease, if the CX5 is within budget, than so are many other choices. Right now, for example, a CX5 GT Premium is $380/mo all in for my region. At $380, I have a ton of choices.
Hell, forget RAV4, that is Highlander and 4runner money.
I think it’s simply because this forum is all about the best deal, and some brands simply don’t offer great lease value when compared to other popular brands on here.
It doesn’t mean Mazda is bad. It just means most people would rather pay $350 a month for a nicely equipped AWD Volvo S60 rather than $325 or whatever for a Mazda6.
