Post your best attempt at a calculator, and let us know what rebates/incentives might apply to you.
The X5 is a very poor lease candidate.
Have to agree here if you have the option to buy.
Even with the adds, You’re still getting 10.5% off actually since half the loyalty or fleet rebate on your sheet is BMWFS/NA funded and the other half is dealer contribution.
Why are you after the 50e vs a 40i? You should be able to do better with the 40i. Also consider buying and using the 0.9% interest rate.

Thanks. I’ll see if they budge. There was another one that I was interested in. More packages and msrp was $93k. The “deal” offered for it was $4k down and $980 monthly (12,000 miles annually for 39 months).
You mean as in $4k down plus DAS as well for that deal and $3k down plus DAS for the deal in the original post?

Not a fan of the XM but folks here have leased them for less.
Not a fair comparison by a long shot.
All extreme outliers, often demo or loaner with huge subsidy cash and huge rebates none of which X5 PHEV have had available to them. XM also often come with expensive rubber and insurance isn’t very nice on them either.
