How bad is this Porsche CPO lease?

Lots of complaints from other dealers especially about the Penske store in Virginia lollllllll - I think Porsche corporate took away their marketing $$$

Thanks, that is good information (although it sucks for those searching for unicorns)

Can you elaborate on what Penske is doing that irritates the other dealers?

But will they still keep the residuals high on hella-dirty-Carfax or repainted cars?

Advertising below market deals - blowing cars out - shipping cars all over -

They should have just used a broker instead of advertising directly lol. SoCal Porsche dealers have a bunch of great broker offers and PCNA seems to be fine with it.

RVs were lowered across the board by a large amount. Probably to account for these cars and the new year.

PCNA (and every OEM) wants control of the entire process (i.e. Posche Finder and no new cars on third-party websites for a few years) and to maintain desirability. They are not okay with brokers, especially if they are whoring out cars.

Volume dealers love brokers - manufacturers with stair step programs probably don’t mind

the pissed off dealers are the ones trying to maximize profit per car at a Lower volume

Broker offers in SoCal all are like $4-$5k OOP, plus $1500 broker fees. I don’t think they’re good at all. Best CPO Porsche I see is IAC Scott and I believe he’s in the NE.

Such as? The Cali Porsche brokers on here have trash deals , many K above going rate even for 12 month leases.

Theres one or two particular CPO Porsche brokers in the so-Cal area (i wont name names but you see them advertise a shit ton of them), they work with Riverside. They dont advertise the lease specials publicly and work with those brokers only. I have experienced many times where i see a car that would make a great lease deal but after i call them to put a deposit and get lease figures it magically sells because its been backdoored by the SMs to these brokers with a hefty bird dog

Porsche Ontario is part of the same dealer group as riverside, they advertise attractive $0 cap cost reduction CPO all the time (directly… no broker). But I agree with you. Riverside Porsche sucks.

I agree. I’ve never had luck with California.

I’ve bought and arranged for friends several cars from both Riverside (Carlos is my guy) and Ontario (JB is my guy there) and they’ve been great.

I can also tell you they don’t pay referral fees.
