Honda lease end purchase amount

Hello Hackers,

My Honda cr-v lease is ending this month. All the lease payments have been made and I now plan to purchase the car. I noticed that the residual value in my contract is $1000 less than the “today’s” purchase amount from the Honda Financial Services. Is this normal? What additional charges can I expect on top of that?

As Abe said in certain states your buyout may include sales tax or contractually stated fees to purchase your lease.
