Does Honda offer discounts on accessories? Example roof rails. I would like to add a few accessories after taking delivery of the vehicle so wondering if I can get any discounts on parts.

Try this. IMO much cheaper than from any Honda dealership.

It’s up to each dealer to discount their retail stuff or not. You won’t know til you ask.
That being said, pretty much every brand-specific forum has sources for this stuff. See what they charge. You should always know your next-best alternative when negotiating for something.
Go on eBay, Amazon, all the usual shopping sites. A lot of dealers sell the products on those sites too. Just shop like you would anything else
