I am pretty late in sending out a review for @HN308. But this is nothing short of the most positive experience. I am very new to the country(9 months now). I had not credit history or driving history in the US and I was finding really hard to get good deals. @HN308 was a real saviour. He helped me secure a really nice i4 AWD.
I had a great strugle
before I talked to him but he helped me secure the deal in 7 days. I got the car at the end of April/early May. and I am enjoying it like anyrthing. 5 stars for the prefessionalism and the services provided. Worth every penny.

I had a great experience with HN. My mom got a horrible offer from her local Mercedes so I searched through Leasehackr and found HN.
He got me a much more competitive offer and really made the entire process super smooth. I highly recommend him to anyone and will use him on all my future cars as well.

@HN308 - It was a pleasure to work with you on my lease. This is my third lease that I found on Leasehackr - first with HN308, definitely will use him again. He was great to work with, I was very picky on what options I needed. Spent all of 15 minutes at the dealer. Most of that time with Brand Specialist setting up my phone, showing me how the car worked. I would recommend to anyone looking for their next lease!!!

This is the 2nd X7 I’ve leased with Hiroiz and he just offers a service which provides not only an unbeatable deal but the amount of convience and time saved just makes it so easy going with him. Not only did he get me an amazing deal on my custom spec X7 but he was also able to get me some money back on the return lease of my previous X7. I’ve probably waitied on a weekend Costco checkout line longer than the total amount of time I’ve spent on working out a deal with Hiroiz on the new X7. Gave him my order spec, he came back to me with the lease numbers, also came back with the amount he’s able to get me on my return lease, I agreed, deal was done. Hiroiz was also kind enough to offer me a ride to the dealership to pickup the new car, that’s customer service!

I started looking to replace my existing VW ID.4 lease and stumbled upon a BMW 230i xDrive posted by Hiroiz. Since my son will be driving the car, I’m looking for something cheap and have all the safety feature like blindspot monitoring, parking camera, auto breaking, etc. This is a demo car with pretty low miles (5k) and it meet my budget. Working with @HN308 was my first time seeking a car deal through a broker, and I am extremely glad that I did. He was responsive and thorough from the start, walking me through each step, as I was very unfamiliar. I am beyond appreciative for the time, effort, energy and patience that he donated me (much of which he was not required to do) in order to inform me of what I needed to know and make me more comfortable with the whole situation. On the day of pickup at the dealership, I was shocked at how seamless the process was from start to finish, no nonsense or negotiating, all thanks to HN. My wife and I signed a BMW 760 from Hirioz. The price beats all the dealers we reached out to. The dealer offered a very low-cost delivery option, but we eventually chose in-person pickup. The process is very smooth, and we cannot recommend it more. I can’t say for other brands, but if you are looking for a BMW, Hirioz is the person to reach out to, not just because of the price, but also the quick response and patient Q&A.

I’ve worked with Hiroiz multiple times now, and each time is has been an excellent experience.
This time around I also did a trade-in; he got me the best price nationally and had the new car delivered directly to my home.
I’ll always work with him and have encouraged my family and friends to do the same. Not to mention, I feel like I’ve made a friend out of this entire experience.

Had a very poor experience dealing with HN308. He requested a “refundable” deposit of $100 and couldn’t find the car I wanted. I decided not to utilize Mr HN308’s services and he refused to refund the deposit. He seems more interested in making money on the fine print of his “refundable” deposit than actually doing deals, delivering a great service and doing what’s right and fair, not to mention the referrals, repeat business and additional business from word of mouth. He was fully ready with excuses and arguments to enforce the “gotcha” on his deposit rules.
Found a deal on HNAuto’s thread for a 2025 BMW i4 xDrive40 Gran Coupe — the car was loaded and the numbers were too good to pass up.
Closed the deal the same day I reached out. Picked up the car by 10am the next morning. Start to finish, the whole thing took less than 36 hours.
Communication was fast, the process was painless, and the dealer was great to work with. No back and forth, no surprises. If you see a deal on HNAuto’s thread, don’t hesitate, Highly recommend.

Amazing experience with Hiroiz. Sent him details on the 3 Series I was looking for on Wednesday afternoon, drove the car home on Friday. He was super patient with my questions and concerns (first time I had used a broker), very responsive, and the entire process was truly painless. Process at the dealer was excellent - no changes from what was agreed and Hiroiz’s quote was within a dollar or two of the final price. Will absolutely be back. Thanks!
