Just curious as to why the DAS is so high? Is it a local tax issue?
The DAS covers NJ tax which is around 1K and is paid upfront and bank fees of 925 apart from other things as mentioned in the 1st post. You can always roll the tax and bank fees into the monthly payment but you pay interest on it over the term of the lease.
