Hi first post...is 'New Car Superstore' (broker) legit?

I’m looking to lease a car for my daughter and the lease rates at http://www.ncsleasing.com/ seem reasonable. I noticed the leases are mostly listed with $0 down but many only with 7,500 mi/yr. I’m in Northern CA. Should I use a broker or could I pretty much get the same deal on my own?

You can always work out a deal on your own, as good or possibly better than a broker. It will take time and effort though as well as some negotiation savvy. You have to weigh that against paying a broker. Keep in mind, brokers do this stuff daily, so it will be easier for them than it will be for you.

Is your time and lack of negotiation experience worth the broker fee is the question you need to ask yourself.

Thanks for your reply! What’s the typical broker fee?

It varies. Look on the broker tab on here, and find one that will work with you in your area.

Some don’t charge fee and get paid by dealers with your money.
