Help on Volvo XC90 T5 MOM search - FL

Hello all, total noob to leasing here in FL. Info on this site has been very useful, thank you. Would appreciate some insight into this offer.

The dealer advertised 2020 XC90 T5 MOM for 429/month for with 3250 DAS with 7k/36months. I called them and they are giving me MF of .00181, 66% residual, MSRP 51500 and 44791 retail. $15 extra for 10k miles. This is all done over the phone and the dealership is a couple of hours from where I live.

How does this compare to XC90 deals going around and any tips on getting a better offer?

Cheapo, also from FL. Did you find anything good?

Nope. Benedetto has $469 with 1500 DAS for T5 MOM. that seems like the best deal in FL at the moment.
