Help build a good lease for Audi A3 E Tron EV in SF Bay area

Im starting to look into new lease. I need help in building a lease deal that is a realistic great deal. Its August 2016… is california state rebate still available? Im new to leasing so if you help me with detailed terms of lease, that would be great. I think 7.5k miles per year might be ok,

2016 A3 e-tron Premium

36 months, 10,000 mi/year: 50% residual, .00094 MF
All: $4,502 lease cash + $1,000 bonus cash
Targeted: $1,000 Audi/Honda/Toyota/Subaru owner/lessee cash

I’m seeing dealer discounts ranging from $2,500 to $4,000 off MSRP on models with an MSRP around $42,500. You can plug these numbers into Leasehackr Calculator to estimate a lease.

Assuming $4,000 off MSRP and all incentives, I’m getting $400/month and $1,200 drive-off assuming 9% tax.

Residuals are 1% higher for 7,500 mi/year. A3 e-tron qualifies for a $1,500 CVRP mail-in rebate; however, the program is currently out of funding.

Michael, thats pretty helpful.

  1. so is it $2,500 for e-Tron Premium (MSRP $$38k per and about $4k for e-Tron Premium Plus (MSRP $42k) ?
  2. Is $1k Bonus cash in addition to the targeted $1k audi/honda/toyota/subaru owner/leasee cash?

Also, how do I replicate this deal in the leasehackr lease calculator? I spent a bit of time trying my best to plug in your numbers into the calculator to arrive at your pricing. Is this correct:
a. MSRP: $42,000
b Sales Price:$28,400 ($42k MSRP - $4k off msrp - $4.1k federal rebate to audi lease company - $4.5k lease cash, $1k bonus cash. Should I also subtract $1k audi/honda/toyota/subaru owner/leasee cash here as I qualify?
c. Residual 50%
d. Money Factor 0.00094

With above, I see Monthly payment (incl tax) $425, Drive off $912 and total lease cost of $15.7k
