Howdy, Hackrs! Thanks for an amazing source of info not only on car leasing but awesome experiences and negotiation strategies! I am a newbie, looking to lease a 7 seater SUV/minivan, under $350 for a short term preferably 3 years, also OK with a lease transfer - by the end of September 2017. Never leased a car in my life, currently own a daily driver but with my 2 year old twins starting day care, I would also need a family-hauler (big cargo space a huge plus to store double stoller and baby stuff).
Looking for a vehicle with decent power, preferably a 6 cylinder to be able to haul up to 7 people. I am based out of New Jersey (Monroe,NJ) and location is not a constraint if I am getting the right deal. Top of my list: VW ATLAS, Honda Pilot, Toyota Highlander, 2018 Chevy Traverse and Ford Explorer.
These type of threads are getting out of hand. This forum isn’t here to hand people deals. Use the search function to find deals you like, get quotes from your local dealers, then ask the forum for help. If you don’t want to do this, go hire a broker instead.
Lol… this is true… but I do see the same questions being asked over and over which makes me think that maybe why we need our “Trusted Hackers” to create a a START HERE thread for newbies and stick it to the top. Have some basics spelled out for all to read prior to starting FIND ME THE BEST DEAL threads
Wy don’t you look at the Highlander? Also, the QX60 might be a tad over that budget but it has tons of luxury features. Don’t know much about minivans. Good luck with your search!!
PS: Search for these car deals on the forum and get an idea of the different deals that people have scored. Might be helpful in determining a number that you would want to pay
