Had a good experience about 3 years ago. Sold my Lotus Elise. Minimal back and forth on listing info and setting a reserve. Once the auction ends they were pretty hands off – they just share each side’s contact info. Thankfully the winning bidder executed the transaction without any issue. Overall was more pleasant than listing locally where you have to arrange time for people to come by, worry about people abusing the car during test drives and deal with no-shows.
