Happy Thanksgiving! First time leaser in South Florida. Confused

Happy thanksgiving everyone!!

I live in South Florida, where the lease deals are terrible. I am looking at a 2018 Ram Express, Crew Cab, V8 and 4wd. I’ve been reading up on leases, but just can’t make sense of it all. I can’t tell if it’s a good deal or not. Can one of you guys check it out and see? This particular worksheet is for 39 months at 10k miles.

Also, this is before factoring in my trade in, which they’ve valued at $1,300 over what I owe.

Any help is so greatly appreciated!!

I know the '17s have better incentives, but there are slim pickings down here. Anyone can make sense of this deal?

5k discount only on 45k msrp. Forget it. They need to give at least 10k discount plus 3k rebate.

which dealer gave you this?

+1 to that.

MSRP $45505
Selling price $40953
Difference $4552
Rebate $3,000

Difference - Rebate = $1552 So they’re only discounting the vehicle 3.4%

It seems like all Florida dealers like to count ‘rebates’ as ‘dealer discount’ which is B.S.

Dealer contribution aka discount aka markdown needs to be much higher then tack rebate on.

That looks pretty terrible to me. A month ago, I was able to negotiate a $51,000 MSRP '17 Big Horn (36/12) for around $1089 total out of pocket and after tax payment of $399. I thought that deal was fair, but really wanted a Lariat so didn’t bite. If it had been sign and drive for around $350-375 would have bit.

It was Arrigo Fort Pierce.
