Hackers, rate these deals please IS200t/Q60

EDIT:

Decided to go for a lexus which i can get a much better price on (looking for as close to 300 as possible)
How does this deal look?
What are the best deals you guys have seen on IS 200ts?

MSRP: $39,504
Selling price: 35730
Rebate: 3000
Residual: 56%
MF: 0.00030, can be lowered by 3 security deposits to 0.00006 (each deposit lowers by .00008 if im not mistaken)
monthly: $339 including tax
Cash due at signing: $2048.77 including $1050.00 (three refundable multiple security deposits), no money down just the fees

Do you think I can do better?

Attaching pictures of the deal exactly the way they gave me, please help me out here, I have a feeling they are screwing me over and not laying things out for me. New to leasing so cut me some slack. The only official discount they are giving me off the msrp is this preferred customer discount.

Infiniti 2017 Q60
MSRP: $42,840
Selling price: $34,882 (after preferred customer discount)
Discounts: $7,958 "preferred customer discount"
Monthly: $390
Down Payment: They Say its $0 down, but when I look at the paper it looks like its with $2497 down, and they also say its including all the fees which are shown on the other paper. (no idea how fees add up to so much)
MF: .00003
Residual: 53% on 10K and 39 months

Initially, I based my ideas on the advertisement they have of $309 a month (before tax).

“2017 INFINITI Q60 2.0 Turbo Premium. 39 month lease available to well qualified lessees through INFINITI Financial Services. Cash due at signing $2497 capitalized cost reduction, $700 acquisition fee, first month, title, taxes, registration, license, dealer prep and additional options. No security deposit required. 10,000 miles allowed per year. Two or more vehicles available. MSRP $42205. *Red Sport pictured here.”

So I went to the dealership and started to negotiate with them. They did not have the exact car in stock so they brought me one with an MSRP with $42,840, but he said they will base it off the advertisement.
I calculated out the deal in the ad to be arount ~395 a month including tax and 0 down (only fees) if you divide 2497/39 and add it to the 309.

But I have no idea how all the fees add up to $2497 like they write it? The fee paper says its 5,055.77 cash required on delivery but after that the guy told me I will only need to put down 2497 which include fees to get the lease for 390.

What am I missing here?

I think they tack on a dealer fee of roughly 800-900, probably within that 1235 fees. I tried to negotiate with them last month on a Q50 but they didnt come close to what Infiniti of coral gables offered. (not sure how aggressive they are on the q60).

Does it make sense that they come up with almost 2500 of fees?
Besides that, does the 390 monthly payment seem reasonable to you on this car? You think I can do better?

looks like they have a moron behind the desk who doesnt know how to roll the upfront fees into the cap. cost. or they are screwing you.

Looks like youre just dealing with dumbasses who doesnt know what they are doing.

Hopefully someone with Florida experience will chime in. Tag agency fee is fake. Never heard of that. , Tire fees should be 1 per total of 4. Unless they raised it from last year. Registration is $200 for a new car. Florida fee I believe is fake. Electronic fee have some merit but that is not horrible for that. Some can get that waived. I think the lease charge/money factor is high. Plus like loberant says the math doesn’t add up for inception etc

Yea it adds up that they have no idea what they are doing, the salesperson barley knew what cap cost and selling price is.
Good thing i’m taking my time and not rushing into things… Last thing I want is to be screwed and pushed into a bad lease. I see people here post about it and I would hate to be in that boat

Bump for this guys. Need additional eyes

You test drive the car already right?
The 2.0 engine from Infiniti won’t feel like European turbo 2.0.

Not knocking on the car just making sure you’re satisfied with that one.

Isn’t the 2.0T they are using actually sourced from MB?

The 3.0T is made by Infiniti though.

I wasn’t being technical.

I test drove the jaguar xe, then Audi A4 then the Infiniti in test drive in same day.

The Infiniti 2.0 couldn’t compare to the other two. It’s my subjective opinion on driving them.

To OP,

I would walk away from this deal and reach out to a different dealership. There are too many red flags and I truly don’t think the dealer will be willing to come down to your way.

I had Q50 (first year model) and QX30 (first year model) leases - both were under $320 w/ nothing down, nothing upfront, no MSD. Both Q50/QX30 were around $45-47k MSRP.

Q60 failed miserably - especially the 2.0T engine, and Infiniti has a very aggressive internal cash incentive available for dealers. You can comfortably do mid-300 w/ nothing down for 2.0T model.

You just need to find the dealer who isn’t too greedy on this.

Good luck!

I was considering either the q60, IS200T, audi a3/a4, or bmw 3 series, looking to be as close to 300 as possible with no money down.
At the moment the best deal I am able to find is the lexus…

Yes, you’re correct. Lexus IS200 is probably the best one you can aim for 300s.

BMW is getting greedy and currently in transition to changing their lease programs, and Audi has been always a NO-NO place for lease unless your gf/wife/parents own the dealership.

I’d take that deal! The 39MSRP cars are not very common and are usualy the first to go. If you are happy with the car do the MSD and enjoy
