Hack for Ally not allowing out of state transfers

For some bizarre reason, Ally bank recently stopped allowing out of state transfers. Does anyone know why they would do this?

Also, is there a way to hack your way around the limitation, e.g. changing your address to the state you want to transfer it to and then initiate the transfer? I’m sure that is pretty difficult, but there might be a more sophisticated way to do this…like moving to the state in question for a period of time
