Be careful. These deals are not real, just come-ons.

5K due at signing!?! That seems really high for not having MSDs. How much of that is cap cost reduction?

Very misleading to post deals with 5k cash down. Please update with cash out of pocked except for 1st month payment.

This is my experience and my experience only. Would not be wise to post further details since, as a customer of your dealership, you all have all my personal financial data and I no longer trust you.

exactly what @cchrisv said. If you want people to give you good feedback be direct about how much the lease actually is and don’t play games with the CCR. If you really want people to put that much down, why not just say $10k down, $0/month lease? Maybe people will be willing to pay it all up front for a cheap enough deal. I anticipate you’ll have to bring down the sale price significantly though.

I’m not trying to attack your post in any way, just trying to give you some constructive feedback for this forum. People here are not very receptive to large cap cost reductions. One of the first things that I read when I got on this forum that really stuck with me was that with a high enough ccr you can get any car for 100 bucks a month. That’s why it’s viewed as playing games. Around here people understand the numbers. Get people a low enough sale price and you’ll get a ton of business around here.
