Got a GLC AMG43 after returning a glc300 one day after I leased

Is not a real friend. Just figure of speech.

Probably, but in most states MBFS charges a 4% penalty on early buyouts. So thatā€™s another ~$3k added onto the balance.

But even with an inflated payoff theyā€™re still probably better off to refinance. The OP just needs to do some math, which admittedly seems like something the theyā€™re not very good at.

Sorry OP but youā€™re all over the place in this thread. What exactly are you contacting brokers or the dealer for now or trying to ā€œget this deal along with a new leaseā€ on? Did you sign this lease or not?

No needs to apologize.
Iā€™m beginning conversations with brokers now.

I will take my time with the lesson I learned to get a better deal off for the new leaseā€¦

I will try to see if Iā€™m able to get the refinance.
Maybe, leasing another car will put me in a better position to refinance the lease Iā€™ve already haveā€¦

But if not, I will try to break the lease on the 36 months totaling $46.812(with the DP) out of 79000ā€¦.

Worst case scenario I take the loss.

My first lease ever.
We learn from it, we live with it.

About what though? What are you talking to brokers about?

I will get a new lease for my father.
Iā€™m hoping to get a good advices in hereā€¦
If you can put your 2 cents in.
Will be much appreciated.

I wrote up on the OP.

Why even post if you know it is a bad deal? You are asking for all of us to throw you in the fire pit. Take your L and move on.

Can you just clearly state if you have already signed contracts for these cars? Itā€™s hard to understand you. You can not ā€œrefinanceā€ a lease and if you already backed out of one signed deal and into the new AMG deal, I doubt this dealer will offer you a 2nd try.

Dealers will give him as many tries asā€¦ it benefits them.

I inferred this deal is signed but OP wants more cars for his business ā€” again read the contract and donā€™t put yourself in default of a lease agreement.

This is a critical thing that OP seems to be ignoring.

@vesne1819 do you plan to use this car for your ā€œluxury transportation businessā€ ?

Maybe I wasnā€™t clear myself .
I bought the amg! Leased. Period!

My father has a financed glc300 and he wants to get a new car, an MB ev. But leasing not financed.
His car MB evaluated $27k, he still owes 13.5k.

Iā€™m just trying to learn more to get a better deal off.

My AMG cost 79k. How much would you were willing to pay for? Monthly payment speaking?
How much would be a good deal?

I didnā€™t know this was such a bad dealā€¦
I will lease another car for my father. Iā€™m hoping to get a better deal this time

Well you donā€™t need to stay in it. @z0lt3c has twice suggested how to get out of it. If you choose to ignore it, thatā€™s on you x2

Buying and leasing are two different things. Please try to use exact language to describe your deal and situation. From reading the other responses you leased this car and now I understand you are looking at deals for your dad, which brokers can help you with.

For your own AMG lease, as others have said, you are better off buying the car from Mercedes. The dealer will surely not want to unwind this deal so you can get a better payment.

I will try to purchase this lease with the 4% buyout .
I will lease another one for my father

So youā€™ll be paying $2500+/mo on the GLC43?

At least that means youā€™ll be saving more since you can write-off more right? :+1:
