Just started looking for leasing and looking different midsize SUV options.

Gas and traditional hybrids in this space are generally terrible leases (especially Honda or Toyota). Lack of incentives and lack of space between retail/cost to create an opportunity for big discounts.
And anything half decent as a product in this segment doesn’t really need lease incentives — people are mostly buying them anyway and taking advantage of a return to 0, 0.9 and 1.9% APR financing deals.
