Hi @roselace39, I am looking at a similar deal. What did you end up doing? I think there is something in your numbers that is not correct… there seems to be an additional $1k. I think it would help if you could break down the $3200. I assume you are including the fees below it, (incl the Acq fee), but then your monthly payment seems like it should be lower.
