Hey guys, this is my first time leasing a car and I am going through a broker. I do not have a breakdown yet but MSRP $53,200 10% discount minus $1,000 in incentives, final price $46,700. He is offering me $458/month, $770 first payment including DMV and 1st payment on a 36/10k lease. Does this sound like a good deal?
