GM Refundable Security Deposit?

Has anyone seen a refundable security deposit on a GM lease before? Not sure if this is a silly question, but as far as I am aware GM doesn’t do MSDs or anything like that. Haven’t seen a refundable security deposit on any of my GM leases until today so was curious how that works.

That’s where my thought went to initially but nope - dispo is $395
