I am in Arizona and looking to get out of my QX60 lease. I’ve heard Infiniti doesnt do lease swaps but I see them from time to time. Because of COVID, I am sitting on this vehicle that I never use. It only has 8k miles and about 1.5 years left on the lease (15k /yr).
What are my options?
