I know other popular friends/brokers on this forum and all of them are very helpful but recently I found myself running against the clock because my 2018 QX60 went to total loss (Distracted driver rear ended my vehicle at a red light stop). Sam with GCAuto helped me acquire a new 2024 Infiniti QX60 Luxe trim with options which made sense to me (vision and audio package). Sam was very responsive from the start and very helpful in looking for the exact car that I wanted in the timeframe I wanted. Within couple of days I picked up my new car. I really appreciate timely responses to numerous text messages as I finalized the exact car that I wanted. It was a smooth transaction at the end. Day and night difference between 2018 qx60 and the new 2024 model lol. I will be using GCAuto for all my future car needs as well. Highly recommended!

Had a great time working with Sam except for one small hiccup when his phone number went dead. He’s really responsive and flexible in helping me as my criteria for what I wanted kept changing. In the end, Sam got me the best deal he could find - better than one I had originally agreed to in fact. I really appreciate his professionalism.

Thank you Sam from GC Auto for getting me an awesome lease deal one pay for a 2024 ioniq 5 SEL. I filled out the form and he contacted me via text the same day. Within 3 days I was contacted by the dealership. I went to sign papers the day after. Took less than an hour to complete everything. There were no upsell. I paid ~$7k one time for 24 mo/12k. Safe to say I will be contacting GC Auto again and recommend him to friends and family. Thanks again!

Another amazing experience with Sam. Took delivery of my cyber grey IONIQ 5 SEL one-pay lease yesterday. The dealership placed a 3 day hold on the car to try to sell it before my amazing deal was signed. The car did in fact sell, but at the last minute we were able to claim the last grey one left. Sam was in contact and going to bat for us the entire time. Everything was exactly as Sam explained. Because the grey unit was actually newer inventory, it ended up being a little bit more than the quote. However, Sam refunded the difference immediately, exactly as he said he would. The sales representative spoke very highly of Sam, and there was no pressure to change or add anything. Financing department took 15 minutes or less.
I have never leased a car or used a lease broker. If I had done this on my own, negotiating with multiple dealerships to end up with a deal higher than Sam was able to promise and deliver within 4 days, I probably would have missed out on all the available cars. Even if the broker fee just covered the time saved, it would be worth it to me. But in fact Sam saved me a considerable amount of real money on the lease, the savings paying for the broker fee and then some. His relationship with the dealer even extended to discounts on wear and tear protection.
My only warning is to be ready, Sam moves fast!

Such a great experience working with GC auto brokers. They were super responsive, honest and up front, and got us a fantastic price on a fully loaded 2024 BMW iX. When I got to the dealership to pickup the car there was no additional paperwork or fuss, it was just a matter of handing over the keys and showing me how to work a few of the cars new features. Loved relaxing in my massage seats while auto drive took over on the way home, so happy with the car and how easy everything was. Highly recommend their service!

Another +1 for GCAuto. This was my first experience using a broker and Sam was patient and helped me feel comfortable about the whole process. He was able to turn around the deal in about a day–on a holiday weekend!–and the buying experience was quick and painless. Plus, we got a really great deal (even the dealer complimented us on it). Thanks to Sam, I recently leased an Ioniq 5 at a very good price. I spent several months learning about leases and current pricing on Leasehackr, which was essential. However, I found I could not negotiate on my own successfully. When GCAuto had a good deal, I went ahead with them and I’m glad I did.

I rarely leave feedback but in this case, working with Sam on a new lease was a great experience and Sam (GCAuto) deserves the recognition. Never have I ever had someone reach back out to me here through prior leases about a vehicle I was interested in to let me know of new updates in pricing and inventory, yet Sam did just that and went above and beyond my expectations.
I was able to find my wife the car in the color she wanted and went through a very easy and very pleasant process with Sam and the dealership.
I want to thank Sam again for thinking of me and getting my wife into a new car, a Nissan Ariya Platinum+ that she is happy with!

Recently had the pleasure of communicating with Sam at GCAuto trying to get into an iX this week. Sam was very responsive, professional and worked through all my obnoxious hurdles and questions I threw at him. He got me several options and locked up an incredible deal on a 2025 that I would have bit on, but unfortunately we couldn’t get the dealer to agree on a lease pull ahead for my 330i (expiring in September). This is reflective of my ignorance on lease pull ahead deals so there wasn’t much Sam could do, but that didn’t stop him from trying to get a deal worked out. Had I not had the hurdle of my closing lease I would jumped on the deal that day.
So while the deal may not have gotten done I could not be happier with Sam and the level of service he provided. I intend to reach back out again to Sam when my lease ends in a couple months, as I’m certain I’m not going to get a better deal or better service.

100% would work with Sam and GCAuto Broker again. Straightforward, honest, and patient. Once the deal was confirmed I had the car in my possession within 24 hours.
All quoted numbers matched what the dealer presented me with and I snagged the Ioniq 5 SEL one pay for $7050 as advertised in the marketplace. There was no pressure at the dealer and I was in and out in about an hour. The salesman and finance guy at the dealer were both great and the car was ready for me when I arrived. The only hold up was the people ahead of me.
Sam’s dealer was willing to buy my lease out but I got a better offer and went with that instead. So it takes a little extra coordination if you are ending a lease early, unless you are ok with what the dealer is able to offer. I do not hold this against Sam at all. The lease sale should be treated as a separate transaction and I understand that for next time. Sam’s job is to give a great deal on the sale and on this he delivered!

Working with Sam at GC Auto was my first experience with a few things… ever leasing a car, finding one through LH, working with a broker, and switching from gas to fully electric. Sam was able to get me an exceptional deal on a 2024 Nissan ARIYA Platinum+ AWD. I was between an Audi Q4 and Cadillac LYRIQ but, after seeing what price he could get me for a fully loaded ARIYA which had every single safety/convenience/reliability feature I could think of I was sold. The best part is I am now paying about 2/3rd what I was on my previous car which was nowhere near as sophisticated or techy as the ARIYA.
The process was quick to be connected with the dealer and the dealership + sales folks there were exceptional. The paperwork did take a lot longer than expected but that was partially on me because of my address change not being up to date and my co-signer not being able to be physically presented at time of signing/pickup - they were still super flexible as I had traveled a couple of hours to get to them. All in all, I am very happy and can’t imagine this experience turning out any better.
