My local Ford dealer who I’ve leased several cars with assures me that the Ford pull-ahead program doesn’t roll my remaining 3 payments into a new lease and won’t affect my new lease in any way. Any truth to this?

If they are running a true pull-ahead, yes. It has appeared and disappeared several times this year. FMC should be aware of it if you want to call and verify.
