I asked the same question about the $7500 Tax Credit in a lease situation with Ford here:

How do Ford dealers and Ford Leasing program apply the $7500 Tax Credit into the deal? Money Factor? F-150 Lightning XLT has $11,500 Capital Cost Reduction via EV RCL. But I couldn’t figure out where the tax credit was included in the deals on Ford.com if you use the lease estimator. Not mentioned anywhere. Deceptive if it’s included in the MF.
