What’s the final word on Ford 3rd party buy out? Some posts say before 120 days, others say no, others say a dealer network like AutoNation can buy it.

Not 1000%, this is from second hand knowledge. No third party fo sho - 120 is for Ford dealers to process as lease as a trade in, within 120 of termination then the originating dealer has to play ball.
