Ford F-150 Lightning Lease Deal, how do I get them to come down?

,

Deal in VA for a 2025 F-150 Lightning Flash. It has been on the lot for >200 days and reading the forums I know sometimes those cars dont really get discounted more than what is advertised. I have called around to a few dealers and this is the best offer I have gotten so far. This is the first offer they gave me based on my online inquiry, a phone call with a sales rep, and pre-qual i filled out with a soft pull of my credit. Other deals seem to be in the $800-$900 dollar range. I have a pretty good credit score and I think the MF they quoted me is good at 1.5%,

but when I put the numbers in the edmunds calculator it gave me a MF of 0.00002. Does that mean they marked up the money factor? I just dont know where to ask for more money on the deal to get it down to the $500-$600 if that is even possible, without being disrepectful. Any help or advice would be appreciated.

Hi there, can you do [insert your calculated monthly payment] all in (tax included) for [insert terms of the lease]? $0 down, $[insert due at signing amount you want to pay]. I qualify for [insert any incentives you qualify for]. No trades. My zip is [insert registration zip]. City, State and county just for fun. I can be there on X day to sign the deal.

That’s it. As long as you calculate what is a solid deal based on multiple numbers, you send it out to multiple dealers and move on from the no’s. Ideally you’d like to be local but sometimes that’s not in your favor.

That is helpful thank you. I never thought to ask for what terms I wanted first, I have always waited for them to give them to me and then tried to come down from there.

Put you first. When you ask for the deal they want, then it doesn’t benefit you.

Are they giving you all the incentives you qualify for? I would consider becoming a supporter if you are not- well worth it.

You could text Thundereg, a broker on here and ask him (929-737-9339). I was quoted roughly $700/month on a Lightning Lariat w/ first month due at signing for 12k miles 36 months i’m in the Midwest. You’d think the Flash would be cheaper

Thank you,

What do you think after the news… I will it be harder or easier to get a deal now? Or will it noT matter in the slightest.

One is quoting you with the home charger installed. The other is quoting you without the home charger installed.

I have been quoted in the mid-ish $600s for a Flash with $2K down and 13,500 per month by several dealers here in MA so I would say this is not a very good deal.

Looks for a dealer with a demo Flash with a few miles on it, they have more leeway in pricing. As another poster said, advocate for yourself and the deal you want. I have walked away from about 10 dealers who are playing games. A lease in the $500s is possible with some patience.

Nope. It’s 3.20%. Ford uses an interest rate, not an MF. For interest rate leases, Ford uses a cap factor and a residual factor. There is no single lease factor. It looks like the dealer tried to compute an estimated MF of .00064598 = 1.55/2400 using about 1.55% which is way off.

At any rate (no pun intended), you’re allowing the dealer to control the deal. Bad idea. Create your own target deal. You might find this helpful…

You’re not being disrespectful. Furthermore, I wouldn’t worry about being perceived as.disrespectful. This is not a personality contest. I never worry about what overly sensitive people think about me. If they feel offended, tell them to run to their safe place where milk, cookies, Kleenex, and a warm blanky awaits them. Unfortunately, we live in a society of a lot of candy-ass wimps.

Check your email, I just got a $2500 offer. Came on here to see if there was anything decent I could do with it.

Right now, get $2,500 toward a new F‑150®, F‑150® Lightning®, Super Duty®, or Expedition®; or $750 toward most other vehicles.
Because you’re a loyal customer, you can combine this incentive with other available offers — on a vehicle in stock or a custom order. Head to your Ford Dealer before this offer expires on March 31, 2026.

Any luck getting deals? no one near me will budge from marked up APR? XLT seems it should be a hackable deal this month?
