Has anyone tried to open a live chat with Ford.com and ask for a direct mail offer? I wonder if I would qualify since I leased a 2012 Ford Fusion in the past.
You probably could have tried and let us know the outcome in the time it took to create this thread.
Best bet is request more info/offers via email. When you looking at a vehicle

I signed up for offers. The problem is my home address has changed at least 8 times since that lease I had in 2012. I hope they can find some previous records of being a former customer. I no longer have the email that I used back then either.
Still have yet to hear back from Ford about my inquiry 
Unless you requested they purge their records of you 
they have them and they are able to find you - if they ever deign to get back to you. If you have an old VIN number that would probably make it easier, but they’ll be able to look up your customer record.
Well I called Ford Marketing and updated my information but she said there are no current offers on my account. She said these offers are randomly generated. I said does it increase my chances to get an offer if I plan to buy a Ford Lightning in the next 30 days and she said there is no guarantee but it might help that I have updated my info. Grrrrr! Why can’t they do what Subaru does and just give me a loyalty offer on request!?
If you figure it out, please let me know… LOL… very loyal Ford customer here and I could really use one and can’t get it to generate… We will see!
