[FOR NJ] Best Tesla Deals - Lease or Purchase

, ,

It’s true. Companies can get it and it’s up to them as to whether they pass it on or not.

Can anyone post their best current Tesla deal for NJ with NJ charge up and referral?

I’ve sharef the best possible M3RWD deal for NJ in this post:

Can you confirm Tesla took the NJ Charge money off your invoice? Tesla said they would over the phone but the website still doesn’t indicate it.

The only thing holding me back is missing out on the $7500 tax credit if we lease

Anyone have the numbers on a long range m3 lease? Guessing the rebate is less but info is lacking on the Tesla website.

Would you feel better about it if the mf was higher but it showed a $7500 cap cost reduction andncame out to the same price?

You could buy it right?

It shouldn’t really matter. When you lease the company gets this tax credit. Then they release numbers to give a competitive monthly payment for the customers. The companies that do pass the 7500 decrease their RV and inflate MF to get even worse numbers than what you are getting here.

I can’t get the nj rebate to show on the order page. Do I have to go into the dealership?

It won’t show up on the order page. Instead- it will appear once your car is in stock for delivery, and they send you over the final documents (I took ownership of my Tesla 3 lease in March '23)

Appreciate the reply! Thanks.

You are welcome! If you can make the time- there is a ton of info I think you will find helpful if you start at the beginning of this discussion. Enjoy the car!

For anyone interested, this was the program when I ordered my M3 for lease back in March.

I wound up rejecting my first delivery due to paint and panel defects. Upon waiting for the 2nd order, the price dropped by $1k and I signed a zero drive off lease (only $250 order fee up front) with $405 monthly for the remaining 35 months (10k/yr miles).

PS I had an added option for the Blue Color +$1k.

What was the $4K incentive that you received? Was that the NJ EV rebate?

Yes, correct. $4k rebate from NJ.

There is 1 M3RWD available in NJ at the minimum payment of $1086 DAS and $391/mo.
