Hello,

I’m getting ready to turn in my existing 2016 CX 5 Touring lease and want to arm myself better for the negotiations. I am looking at stepping down to the Sport trim as the only reason I went for the Touring was because of blind spot monitoring (standard in Sport now)

MSRP: $25,125
KBB Fair Market Range: $23,768 (Only 5% less, has anyone negotiated lower?)
MF: .00018
Residual: 58%
Lease Cash: $1390

This brings my monthly payments to $255. Is this a realistic goal? Considering I am a current Mazda lessee, can I get away with pushing for a lower MSRP?
