I attempted to cancel my order and request a refund. I figured why not?

I got the email confirmation saying they refunded my order and it could take up to 30 days to see the funds. I’m past that timeframe and nothing.

It’s pretty safe to say we’re not seeing any of that money.

RIP. You can become familiar with this claim form and submit via the bankruptcy proceeding. You should get your money back if you’re diligent. But the vast majority of people who pre-order aren’t, which is too bad.

Pre-orders up to $2,775 fall under 11 U.S.C. § 507(a). Section 12 of this form.

BK claims can be submitted here. You’ll probably need to follow up like 10 times to confirm your intent to collect money. Each wave of requests is intended to wash-out the non-believers.
