I am taking a look at a potential BMW-F takeover tomorrow. What things should I be wary of and any recommendations on how I should act? Do I need some sort of pre-swap agreement written up before hand? Would anyone have a link to one of these agreements? Should I get a pre-purchase inspection done on the vehicle if the vehicle has around 16k miles? There is only one BMW dealer in the area, so should I be wary of possibly not getting an honest answer during the inspection? Are there any more or less obvious questions I should ask while taking my first look at the vehicle? For context, the vehicle would be transferred from Georgia to New Jersey.
