First lease negotiation, Mini Countryman S All4

Negotiated the following deal for a friend in nor cal, they really wanted AWD mini.

Thoughts?

Didn’t get base mf or you typo’d it, should be .00152. You sure the final sales price doesn’t include the rebates? Thats essentially the price I got but it was including the rebates. %17 without them is pretty huge (unless its a loaner). If thats what everything came out to monthly payment wise thats a great deal. I paid $1,700 due $325 a month for my very similar Countryman S back in december which just met the 1% rule. This is way under.

Deal looks good – why not roll in the drive-off?

17% off before rebates on that vehicle is very strong. I got my 3000 mile Clubman service loaner to 21% in NorCal before rebates and felt good about that. This seems very good if quoted selling price is before incentives.

I agree, put nothing down and go for the low $300’s. Seems like you did a great job!

Thanks! It was for a friend and she wanted to put 2k on her cc to meet a quota.

Sales price was before 2k rebates. She’s paying 256.

More accurate calc now that she showed me the contract.

I’m just a novice myself, but this Looks strong.

I’d have personally done zero drive off to not gamble the $2k if the vehicle was totaled, which would put it at $313 monthly. 2 year would have been $29 more a month (I think RV is 68%).

Either way it’s a good deal, have fun with the car!

I am in the market for the same model, in Nor Cal too. Can you share the dealer/sales person info? Thank you!

Is this for a 2018 or a 2019?
